CardAccount Report

The CardAccount report contains details about all cards associated with cardholders. This report includes information such as the date in which each card was created, as well as type and status details. The report also includes information on primary and secondary cards. The file consists of records for new cards and updated card details.

The required fields in the CardAccount report are indicated Yes in the Details table below. All other optional fields are marked No and should only be populated if the data is available.

The fields in the Details table that are marked with a star symbol * are related to accounts, but include card data instead. Card data is added instead of account data because accounts do not exist on the Thredd Platform.

Header

The Header section provides basic information on the report. This includes information such as the report name and the beginning and end dates (see Header Fields).

Card Number (PAN)

Card Number stored at Thredd. This field is used whenever a new card is issued for a customer. This is either:

  • The full PAN number for customers that are PCI DSS compliant.
  • The masked PAN that maps to a full PAN. This number is generated by Thredd. The first six digits are a Thredd ID that identifies the card scheme, the next six numbers are masked, and the last four digits are from the real PAN. This is for customers that are not PCI DSS compliant.

00 = Not Activated

02 = Preactive or Ready

03 = Suspended

04 = Replaced

05 = Closed Fraud

07 = Potential Fraud

11 = Card Destroyed

12 = Voided

12 = Misc

Note: As card statuses may change in a day, the report includes the latest status at the time of the report generation.
